What buyers ask

What does GSM tell me?

Towelling

Grams per square metre is the weight of the towelling. Lighter 400–450 GSM dries fast and suits gyms and pools; 500–550 GSM is the usual hotel choice; 600 GSM and above reads as luxury and takes longer to dry.

Can I mix a pallet?

Ordering

Yes. A pallet can carry several sizes, weights and colour groups from the stocked range, as long as each line meets its own minimum carton quantity.

How is it delivered?

Delivery

Cartons go out on a pallet network to mainland UK addresses. Delivery windows, tail-lift needs and access limits are agreed before dispatch.

  1. Send your list Sizes, weights and quantities, or a photo of what you already buy.
  2. Stock and price confirmed We check availability at the warehouse and quote per carton and per pallet.
  3. Wrapped and dispatched Cartons are wrapped, labelled and booked onto the pallet network.
