1. Who we are

This website is operated by , a company registered in the United Kingdom under company number , with its registered office at . Trading as , we supply wholesale home and hotel textiles to retailers, hotels, guest houses, spas, marketplace sellers and resellers.

We are the data controller for the personal data described here. For any question about this policy, write to .

2. Data we collect

Placing a wholesale order requires contact and business details. Depending on how you deal with us, we may hold:

  • Contact details: your name, email address and telephone number.
  • Business details: company or trading name, VAT number where you have one, and the role you hold at the business.
  • Delivery details: the delivery address, site access notes and any tail-lift or booking-in requirements.
  • Order records: the lines, sizes, weights and quantities you enquired about or bought, quotes issued, invoices and dispatch records.
  • Correspondence: emails and messages you send us, and our replies.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type and pages viewed, collected by our hosting provider in server logs.

We do not ask for special category data, and we do not collect payment card numbers on this website. Please do not send us health, biometric or other sensitive information; it is not needed to supply textiles.

3. Purposes and legal bases

  • Answering enquiries, preparing quotes, taking and fulfilling orders and arranging delivery — performance of a contract, or steps taken at your request before entering into one.
  • Keeping trade account records, handling shortages, damages and returns — performance of a contract.
  • Sending stock updates and trade offers by email — consent, which you give when you join the trade list and can withdraw at any time.
  • Keeping our site secure, preventing fraud and improving how we present our ranges — our legitimate interests in running a safe and effective business.
  • Keeping accounting, VAT and other statutory records — compliance with a legal obligation.

4. Sharing with third parties

We share personal data only where it is needed to run the business, and only with organisations that process it under contract on our instructions. These include:

  • Our website hosting and email providers.
  • Wholesalers, importers and warehouses that hold and pick the stock for your order.
  • Pallet networks and couriers that carry the goods to your delivery address.
  • Payment providers that process invoice payments, where a payment is taken.
  • Video-call platforms, where a meeting or product review is arranged.
  • Accountants, auditors and professional advisers, and public authorities where the law requires disclosure.

We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for third-party marketing.

5. International transfers

Our suppliers and service providers are usually in the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area. If personal data is transferred outside the UK, we rely on UK adequacy regulations or the International Data Transfer Agreement, or the UK Addendum to the European Commission's standard contractual clauses, together with any additional safeguards the transfer requires.

6. How long we keep data

  • Enquiries that do not lead to an order: up to 12 months from the last contact.
  • Trade account and order records: for the life of the account and six years afterwards, in line with accounting and tax requirements.
  • Trade list subscriptions: until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent, and a short suppression record afterwards so we do not email you again.
  • Server logs: typically no longer than 12 months, as set by our hosting provider.

7. Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Access to order records and mailboxes is limited to people who need it, protected by strong authentication, and reviewed periodically. No system is completely secure, but we take appropriate technical and organisational measures against loss, misuse and unauthorised access, and we will notify you and the regulator where the law requires it after a breach.

8. Cookies

This site does not set advertising or analytics cookies and does not track you across other websites. Our hosting provider may set strictly necessary cookies for security and load balancing. Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your IP address is visible to that service when the page loads. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work.

9. Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Have inaccurate data rectified.
  • Ask for erasure of your data where it is no longer needed.
  • Ask us to restrict processing while a question about your data is resolved.
  • Receive data you gave us in a portable, machine-readable form.
  • Object to processing based on our legitimate interests, and to direct marketing at any time.
  • Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

To exercise any of these rights, email . We respond within one month and may ask for information to confirm who you are. There is no charge for a normal request.

10. Withdrawing consent

Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any email from us, or by writing to . Withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before you withdrew, and we will still send the operational messages needed to complete an order.

11. Complaints

If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, please contact us first so we can put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office, the UK supervisory authority, at ico.org.uk, or by calling its helpline.

12. Age limit

This is a trade website intended for business buyers. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

13. Changes to this policy

We update this policy when our processing or the law changes. The current version always appears on this page with the date it was last updated. Material changes affecting trade accounts will also be sent by email.
